Do you love working with children? Are you passionate about play-based learning, wellbeing, and creating inclusive, fun environments where children thrive? We’re looking for enthusiastic OSHC Educators to join our growing team and bring energy, creativity, and care to our Outside School Hours Care services.
About the Role
As an OSHC Educator, you will deliver high-quality, safe, and engaging care for school-aged children across one or more of our services. Working alongside a dedicated team of Educators, you’ll help create inclusive, leisure and play-based experiences that support children’s wellbeing, learning, and development.
No two days are the same—one day you might be leading a creative art experience, the next supporting outdoor games or helping children unwind after a big school day.
Locations available include Newstead, Riverside, Longford, Westbury, Hagley, Evandale, Lilydale, Invermay.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for working with school-aged children
- A positive, enthusiastic, and team-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusive practice
- Hold (or able to obtain) a current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People’s Registration
- Hold (or able to attain) a current First Aid certificate and Mandatory National Child Safety online training certificate

Your Role as an Educator
As an OSHC Educator, you will play a crucial role in fostering a safe and engaging learning environment. You will work collaboratively under the guidance of experienced professionals, using your initiative to provide exceptional education and care to children.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
