The Role 

We are seeking passionate and committed educators to join our services across Tasmania. Whether you are an experienced professional or just starting your career, you will be supported to contribute to high-quality education and care that makes a meaningful difference in children’s lives.

About You

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have a genuine passion for early childhood education and care

  • Are committed to creating safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments

  • Work well within a team and contribute positively to workplace culture

  • Hold (or are working towards) a relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or are willing to gain a qualification

  • Understand or are willing to learn about the National Quality Framework
