Your Role as a Service Leader

As the Service Leader, you will be the guiding star of our education and care service, responsible for the daily operations and the well-being of the children in our care. You will lead a dynamic team of educators, ensuring adherence to the National Quality Framework and Thrive's policies while fostering an environment where children can explore, learn, and develop their unique talents. This role is to cover maternity leave for our current service leader. There will be the option of continued employment at the service for the right candidate

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an inspirational leader with a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to delivering exceptional care and learning experiences.

  • Qualified with a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
  • Possess a current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People’s Registration.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and a deep understanding of child development.
  • Ability to create inclusive and engaging programs that reflect the interests of children and families.

Your leadership will shine as you model best practices in health and safety, communication, and educational leadership, ensuring that our service is not only compliant but also a beacon of excellence in the community.
